လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ ရက္ေလာက္ ကစျပီး က်မတုိ႔ Company ေရွ႕လမ္းတေလွ်ာက္မွာ မီးပုံးေတြ ခ်ိတ္ဆြဲထားတာရယ္၊ ေနာက္ျပီး ရုံးတုိင္းရဲ႕ Building အေရွ႕ေတြ မွာလည္း ၀ါးပင္မွာ ေဆးဘူးအခြံမ်ိဳးစုံ အစီအရီ ခ်ိတ္ဆြဲထားတာ ေတြ႕ရေတာ့ “Shinno Festival” နီးလာျပီ ဆုိတာ သတိရမိပါတယ္။

Since the 17th century, Dosho-machi Street in Osaka has had the reputation of being the centre of pharmacy in Japan as it's where many of the countries leading pharmacy wholesalers and manufacturers are based. It's also where on November 22 and 23 each year, people from across the country come to mark the Shinno festival to celebrate Japan's gods of pharmacy.

Shinno was the Chinese King who is believed to have written the oldest Chinese herbal pharmacopoeia. His legend spread to Japan and to this day he is still worshipped as a god of pharmacy. Japan also has its own pharmacy god called Sukuna-hikona no Mikoto, but over the years the legends of Shinno and Sukuna-hikona no Mikoto have been merged and now both are worshipped as pharmacy gods at special shrine in Dosho-machi Street.

The symbol of the Shinno festival is branches of bamboo grass with a hanging paper tiger. It's another tradition stemming from the important role that pharmacy has played in Japan's history. Around 180 years ago, Japan was struck by a serious cholera epidemic. The pharmacy wholesalers and manufacturers on the Dosho-machi Street gathered to discuss the situation and to develop a potion to combat the disease. They developed a pill from the bones of a tiger and it was said to be so effective that it stopped the spread of the disease. During the festival people crowd around the shrine to the pharmacy gods, holding bamboo grass and paper tigers, believing that by doing so they will ward off evil.

အေပၚက စာပုိဒ္ကုိ ဖတ္ျပီးေတာ့မွ ဘာေၾကာင့္ ၀ါးပင္မွာ ေဆးဘူးေတြ ခ်ိတ္ဆြဲထား ရသလဲဆုိတာကုိ ေရာ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းရဲ႕ ရာဇ၀င္ေရာ နားလည္သြားပါေတာ့တယ္။ က်မ လက္ရွိ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနတဲ့ Company ကလည္း ေဆး၀ါးနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ ဆက္ႏြယ္ေနတဲ့ Company ဆုိေတာ့ ရုံးကလည္း Dosho-machi လမ္းေပၚမွာပါပဲ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ပြဲေတာ္ရက္ ေရာက္ေတာ့မယ္ဆုိရင္ လမ္းတေလွ်ာက္ အျပင္အဆင္ ၾကည့္တာနဲ႔ အလြယ္တကူ သိေနရပါျပီ။

ဒီေန႔က ၂၂ ရက္ေန႔ဆုိေတာ့ ပြဲေတာ္ စတဲ့ေန႔ပါ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေန႔လည္ ထမင္းစားခ်ိန္မွာ ပြဲေစ်းတန္းဘက္ေလွ်ာက္ဖုိ႔ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြနဲ႔ လိုက္သြားျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ရုံးကထြက္လုိက္တယ္ဆုိရင္ပဲ လမ္းတေလွ်ာက္က ပြဲေစ်းတန္းကုိုိ ျမင္ေနရျပီ။ ဘုရားေက်ာင္း (Sukunahikona Shrine) ကုိ လာတဲ့သူေတြရယ္ အနီးနား၀န္းက်င္က ေန႔လည္စာ ထြက္စားၾကတဲ့ ရုံး၀န္ထမ္းေတြရယ္နဲ႔ ပြဲေစ်းတန္းက စည္ကားလုိ႔ေနပါေတာ့တယ္။ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းကုိ လာၾကတဲ့ သူေတြရဲ႕ လက္ထဲမွာ ပြဲေတာ္ အထိမ္းအမွတ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ၀ါးကိုင္း နဲ႔ စကၠဴက်ားရုပ္ေလးေတြ ကုိင္ထားၾကတာ ေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕လူေတြက ၀ါးကုိင္းအေျခာက္ကုိ ကိုင္လာၾကျပီး၊ တခ်ိဳ႕ကေတာ့ အစုိေလးေတြ ကုိင္ထားတာ ျမင္လုိ႔ ရုံးက သူငယ္ခ်င္းကုိ ေမးၾကည့္ေတာ့မွ အဲဒီ ၂ ခု ကြာျခားခ်က္ကုိ သိရတာပါ။ ၀ါးကုိင္းအစုိကုိ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းကေန အိမ္ကုိ ယူသြားရင္ ေဆးနတ္ဘုရားေတြက တစ္ႏွစ္ပတ္လုံး ေစာင့္ေရွာက္တယ္လုိ႔ ဂ်ပန္လူမ်ိဳးေတြ အယူရွိၾကပါတယ္။ ေနာက္တစ္ႏွစ္ ပြဲေတာ္ခ်ိန္ေရာက္ရင္ အိမ္က ၀ါးကုိင္း အေျခာက္ကုိ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းကုိ ျပန္ယူလာျပီး ၀ါးကုိင္းအစုိနဲ႔ ျပန္လဲၾကတယ္။ ဲဒါေၾကာင့္ ၀ါးကုိင္းအေျခာက္ေတြ ကုိင္တဲ့သူက ကုိ္င္လာျပီး တခ်ိဳ႕က အစုိအကုိင္းေလးေတြ ကိုင္လာၾကတာပါ။ ထူးျခားတာ တစ္ခုက တႏွစ္ပတ္လုံး အိမ္မွာ ထားတဲ့ ၀ါးကုိင္းက ေျခာက္ယုံတင္ ေျခာက္ေနျပီး အရြက္ေတြက ေၾကြမက်သြားပါဘူး။ သူ႕အခက္အတုိင္းေလးပဲ ပုံစံမပ်က္ ရွိေနပါတယ္။

ဘုရားေက်ာင္းထဲကုိေတာ့ ဘယ္သူမဆုိ အလကား ၀င္လုိ႔ရျပီး ၀ါးကုိင္းနဲ႔ စကၠဴက်ားရုပ္တြဲ ထားတာကုိ ေတာ့ ၀ယ္ရတယ္လုိ႔ သူငယ္ခ်င္းက ေျပာျပပါတယ္။ က်မလည္း အထဲ၀င္ၾကည့္ခ်င္ေပမယ့္ ရုံးက ထမင္းစားနားခ်ိန္ခဏေလးမွာ ေရာက္ျဖစ္တာက တစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ဘုရားေက်ာင္းထဲကုိ ၀င္မဲ့ သူေတြက အမ်ားၾကီး တန္းစီေနတာ ဆုိေတာ့ တန္းစီဖုိ႔ အခ်ိန္မရွိတာနဲ႔ပဲ ျပန္လာခဲ့ရတယ္။ သူတုိ႔ရဲ႕ ဓေလ့ထုံးစံ တစ္ခု ကုိ ျမင္လုိက္ရေတာ့ ဂ်ပန္လူမ်ိဳးေတြလည္း အယူအစြဲ ၾကီးၾကတာပဲလုိ႔ ေကာက္ခ်က္ခ်မိပါတယ္။

ညဘက္ ရုံးဆင္းေတာ့ ဘုရားေက်ာင္း ေရွ႕က ျဖတ္သြားရင္း ေက်ာင္းထဲကုိ ၀င္ၾကည့္ခ်င္တာနဲ႔ အထဲ၀င္ၾကည့္လုိက္ေတာ့လည္း ထူးထူးျခားျခား မရွိလွပါဘူး။ က်မတုိ႔ေရွ႕မွာ တန္းစီေနတဲ့သူေတြထဲက တခ်ိဳ႕လည္း ဆုေတာင္းျပီး ေခါင္းေလာင္းထုိးၾကတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕က်ေတာ့လည္း ၀ါးခက္ေလးေတြ ၀ယ္၊ သတင္းစာ နဲ႔ ပတ္ျပီး အိမ္ကုိ ျပန္သယ္သြားၾကတယ္။ က်မ နဲ႔ က်မခင္ပြန္းလည္း အထဲေရာက္ျပီး ဘာလုပ္ရမွန္းမသိတာနဲ႔ ေရွ႕က လူေတြ လုပ္သလုိ လက္အုပ္ခ်ီျပီး ေခါင္းေလာင္းၾကိဳးပဲ ဆြဲလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ၀ါးကုိင္း ကေတာ့ ယန္း ၂၀၀၀ ဆုိတာနဲ႔ မ၀ယ္ျဖစ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ အလွဴခံပုံးထဲကုိပဲ အလွဴေငြ ထည့္ျပီး ဘုရားေက်ာင္းကေန ျပန္ထြက္လာလုိက္ပါေတာ့တယ္။ ပုိျပီး ျပည့္စုံသြားေအာင္ ဓာတ္ပုံေတြနဲ႔ ယွဥ္တြဲၾကည့္ၾကပါေနာ္။

မေန႔က ပြဲေတာ္မစခင္ လမ္းတေလွ်ာက္ ျပင္ဆင္ထားတာကုိ ရုိက္ယူထားတာပါ။ အခု ျမင္ရတဲ့ လမ္းမၾကီးက ေဆး Company ေတြ အမ်ားဆုံးရွိတဲ့ Dosho-machi Street ပါပဲ။

Building ေတြရဲ႕ ေရွ႕မွာေတာ့ ပြဲေတာ္အထိမ္းအမွတ္အျဖစ္ ပုံမွာ ေတြ႕ရသလုိမ်ိဳး ၀ါးလုံးမွာ ေဆးဘူးေတြကုိ အစီအရီ ခ်ိတ္ဆြဲျပီး ေထာင္ထားၾကပါတယ္။


ဘုရားေက်ာင္းရဲ႕ ၀င္ေပါက္ပါ။ ညာဘက္က ၀င္ရျပီး ဘယ္ဘက္က ျပန္ထြက္ရပါတယ္။ (ဒါက ေန႔လည္ ၄ နာရီေလာက္က ရုံးက ခဏခုိးထြက္ျပီး ဓာတ္ပုံ ရုိက္ယူထားတာပါ.. )


ဘုရားေက်ာင္းေရွ႕မွာ ရွိတဲ့ က်ားရုပ္တု ပါ။


မႏွစ္က ၀ါးကိုင္းနဲ႔ က်ားရုပ္ကုိ လႊင့္ပစ္ထားတဲ့ ေနရာပါ။ ၀ါးကုိင္းအသစ္ေရာင္းတဲ့ ေနရာက လူမ်ားလုိ႔ ဓာတ္ပုံမရုိက္ခဲ့လုိက္ရပါဘူး။


ပုံမွာ ေရးထားတဲ့ အတုိင္း ၀ါးကုိင္းနဲ႔ စကၠဴက်ားရုပ္တစုံ ကုိ ယန္း ၂၀၀၀ ေပးရမယ္တဲ့။ အစက ဘယ္ေလာက္မွန္း မသိေပမယ့္ အဲေလာက္ ေစ်းၾကီးမယ္ မထင္မိဘူး။


ေက်ာင္းေဆာင္ေရွ႕မွာပါ။ ေက်ာင္းေဆာင္ထဲမွာေတာ့ ဂ်ပန္ရုိးရာ ၀တ္စုံ၀တ္ထားတဲ့ သူေတြ ထုိင္ေနၾကပါတယ္။ သူတုိ႔ေရွ႕မွာ က်ားရုပ္တုလည္း ရွိတယ္။
